Dear Customer,
When we began this business we offered technical support at no cost. The increase in the load of help that we are giving does not allow us as much time for working on the other facets of the business. Even though we would love to continue to give this type of service for free we have, out of necessity, been forced to begin charging a consultation fee for technical support.
The rates for GermanAutoConnection technical support are as follows:

Email support: $5.00-25.00 per email (depending on amount of time involved)
* within reason - extensive questions on multiple topics will be more *

GermanAutoConnection.Com (our goal is to respond within 24 hours) -
Phone support: $25.00 per 1/2 hour
* only if email option has been attempted and is insufficient *

Note:

We are in the process of creating a database with technical information covering all aspects of Audiä maintenance. This database will be included in our list of support options.
Exceptions:

If parts are purchased from GermanAutoConnection, the cost of technical support up to 25% of parts cost will be applied to the price.

Purchasers of GermanAutoConnection vehicles will receive one year of support at no charge.
