The modification concept behind John's 200 was to upgrade
the existing 3B code 5 cylinder with Porscheä-developed parts from the
RS2's ADU code power plant. The RS2 is a Porscheä-tuned Audiä 80 Avantä
(station wagon) available only in Europe. Since the ADU is based on the 3B
it's simply a matter of installing the various bits and pieces required.
Since John's 200 is a continually evolving project we decided that only
the best programmable engine management available would do. For that duty
we chose
034 Motorsports'ä Stage IIc EMS. Greddy's Profecä B boost
controller was chosen to keep a fast-spooling high-capacity Garrettä
GT-3071R ball bearing turbo under control. GermanAutoConnection is an authorized
